Ben began his career as a software developer and consultant before becoming a technology leader and CTO/CIO for a variety of technology driven businesses for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging industry leaders.

Partner, Business Intelligence
Having held CTO/CIO roles at a number of companies, Raaf leverages his 25+ years of experience managing, delivering and supporting complex technical projects to develop and implement data and reporting solutions tuned to the unique needs of our clients.
Kelli Telling
Partner, Human Capital
Kelli started at General Electric's leadership program, then held management positions at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in enterprise risk management. Later, she co-founded The Talent Studios, a global firm specializing in talent acquisition, executive turnarounds, and human capital consulting. Kelli holds a BA in Econometrics from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from USC.

Diana embarked on her career in digital product management at USAA, where she gained invaluable experience in steering product development cycles and fostering digital innovation. Throughout her journey, she has held leadership roles responsible for directing product strategies across a range of industries, encompassing both external market offerings and internal enterprise applications. Diana holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in Project Management from Texas A&M University - San Antonio.
Cody Amerson
VP, Growth
Cody brings over a decade of experience in sales, technical expertise, and go-to-market strategies, with a proven track record in driving partnership growth, leading teams, and managing global customer portfolios. He has been deeply focused on transformative technologies (Cloud, Security, and AI/ML-driven automation) through a consultative approach. As Head of Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships at AIT, Cody leads with the guiding principle of "Value Creation" to help clients achieve their business goals.
